Medical Insurance
We strongly recommend that you sign up with Egert & Cohen’s CHAI Student Health Insurance.
Dr. Lazar Fruchter, Medical Director, has over twenty five years of experience in caring for overseas students. To sign up, or if you have any questions, please contact them directly.
If you decide NOT to use Egert & Cohen’s plan, please notify us of the company and policy number, and check carefully to ensure that the company can provide top-notch coverage using American trained doctors here in Ramat Bet Shemesh.
Medical Form
Every student is required to submit this medical history form. Upon completion by your daughter’s physician, please email it to Shira.
Food Allergies
If your daughter has any food related allergies, you must submit this letter, signed by an allergist, to Ariella by July 31st.
If your daughter needs to carry an EpiPen or Benadryl, please make sure that she comes fully stocked.
Measles
If your daughter has not been vaccinated against the measles, she will be required to be vaccinated here.
